President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has carried out a significant reshuffle of the Federal Executive Council, introducing new ministers while making sweeping changes aimed at strengthening governance and improving efficiency across key sectors. The reshuffle saw the appointment of fresh faces into ministerial positions alongside the removal and reassignment of several existing members. Nine addition to the new appointments, the president also approved the redeployment of some ministers to different ministries, a move designed to optimize performance and ensure that government priorities are effectively executed. The restructuring also involved merging and restructuring certain ministries to streamline operations and reduce overlaps.
