Protesters held signs bearing slogans such as “Trump must go now!” and “Impeach, Convict, Remove,” while chanting messages like “Danger, danger — there is a fascist at the White House” and “The Trump regime has got to go.”
In a symbolic move, the protesters linked arms and stretched yellow “Crime Scene Do Not Cross” tape around the rally area. Despite the intensity of their message, the demonstration remained peaceful.
Just weeks earlier, massive nationwide “No Kings” rallies had drawn millions across the United States. Those events spotlighted widespread concern over what many view as threats to democracy, free speech, and environmental protections under Trump’s administration.
